Welcome to AMFCC Part-time Schools Department (the AMFCC Evening). The Department started in 1993 at No. 2 Baines Ave. Harare Zimbabwe, as an extension of AMFCC reaching out to those who weren’t in full-time ministry as a means of equipping the saints with the knowledge of the Word of God, for ministry and leadership. The growth of the department saw the establishment of several schools in Harare and later across Zimbabwe. On the international arena, the department has a presence is in 16 countries in Africa and Oversees such as Canada, UK, USA, UAE, Australia, SA, Lesotho, Eswatini, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Uganda, Mozambique, Nigeria, DRC, and Malawi. (not in any special order).
Our Training Modules – a quick overview
Doctrine of Salvation
The objective of this module is to ground learners in the Doctrinal aspects of the Church as indicated in the scriptures. After graduating from AMFCC Part Time School, learners will be enlightened.
Talking with God
As we consider serving God, it is to no avail unless we pray. One concern of the devil is to keep people from praying. He fears nothing from prayerless meetings, prayerless work and prayerless religion but he laughs at our toil, mocks at our wisdom but trembles when we pray.
Character of God
Understanding the character of God is very difficult to an extend that even the Bible fails to describe him. Uisng few information already reveiwed learners will have an opportunity to understand who God is and how to approach and address him in any situation.
Laws of Leadership
Preparation of leadership involves a lot of weeping and painful testing. Heb 5 vs 6-7. This is because you are being trained to stand tjhe fierce pressures that befall a leader. Chriistian leadership is not glamorous, it is warfare. You are at war with Satan and the world.
Counselling
Counselling allows us to deal and work with the people’s feelings and thinking. This brings understanding among people resulting in transformation of their lives. Studying the module will equip students with the necesary skills to deal with believers experiencing various difficulties.
Church History
We are living in the twenty first century. What is the plan of God with our age. Is God still working wonders as he did during the days of the early Apostles. Is God still raising Apostle of our time. For answers to these issues we need to have a brief look at the history of the Church.
Bible Survey
The New Testament is contained in the Old Testament, The Old Testament is explained in the New Testament. The objective is this module is to equip learners with the knowledge of the word of God for them to be able to understand the scriptures and to apply the word in their everyday lives
Effective Preaching
True Gospel preaching is a channel through which divine race flows to human hearts. It is a Spirit empowered exercise employed by God to communicate devine truth. The purpose of the module is to equip learners with the knowledge on communicating the Gospel of truth effectively in all settings.
Kingdom of God
The message of the Kingdom of God was central in Jesus’ ministry and is at the heart of God hence the need to study the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God has become near, repent and believe the gospel. The purpose of the module is therefore to equip learners with the knowledge of the Kingdom of God.
